Yes! I am based in the United Kingdom, but can ship orders globally, each destination country has its own shipment handling fee, which will be included at checkout.

This is usually dependent on the item and how many orders the business is having to process currently. I try and run the printers 24/7 during periods of high traffic and orders to minimise and/or prevent any delays, but of course those can sometimes still happen. Typical processing times are 1-2 business weeks.

For United Kingdom based orders, the delivery is handled by the Royal Mail 48h Delivery Service. This means for domestic orders, you can expect it to arrive to you within 3 days of havin been shipped.

For international orders, that can vary a bit more, but typically for most countries, delivery is within 2 weeks of the item being shipped.

Tracking is available for all domestic orders, and most international orders, unless the destination country courier doesn’t provide door to door tracking, then you will be able to receive partial tracking, which means full coverage of your item as it makes its way around the UK and then the partial information from your destination country.

If your item has personalisation, then unfortunately I would not accept returns. However, for non-personalised items, then I am happy to accept returns, and will offer a partial refund (Would be the full item price - the cost of the return shipment)

Yes, if your order has not been processed yet, then I am happy to cancel the order at no additional cost to yourself.
